This is something we’ll discuss with you when we first draw up your contract, but as a general rule, we’ll provide a complete cleaning service for your premises. This can include:

- Vacuuming and cleaning any hard flooring
- Dusting and tidying desks and communal areas
- Emptying any bins or recycling points
- Replenishing any soap, toilet paper, hand sanitizer or other consumables
- Window and glass cleaning, including monitors, screens and televisions
Outside of this, we’re also able to offer a complete deep cleaning service, which is ideal if your office has experienced a viral outbreak, or hasn’t had any professional cleaning undertaken for a long period of time.

Can I trust your cleaners?
You sure can! Our cleaners being federally and Province wide background checked we vet the best, and get rid of the rest.
Are you insured?
We are! We’re currently insured for up to $1M in general liability damage. Registered in British Columbia.
Can I leave a key?
Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.
Who Will Clean My Office?
As much as possible, we’ll assign your office the same cleaner. This allows them to develop a familiarity with your premises, as well as build a relationship with your employees, and build a comprehensive understanding of your needs. If we’re unable to send your usual cleaner, we’ll source an appropriate replacement who’s trained to the same, exceptional standards.
What if I'm not satisfied with my clean after they leave?
If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.
What kind of Contract will my Business have with You?
Once you decide to work with us for your commercial cleaning needs, and we’ve thoroughly discussed everything that your business needs, we’ll begin drafting up a contract that you’re happy with.
These are fixed-term, annual contracts, where you’ll pay on monthly basis for the service we provide. We do this because it helps us to provide a stellar service at the lowest possible price point, plus it means you can avoid any of the inflation that rolling or temporary contracts can bring.
How Much Does Your Cleaning Cost?
All of the cleaning we provide is bespoke to you and your business, taking into consideration many different factors such as budget and sector. While this does mean we’re unable to give you an indicator of price, it means we can give the best possible rates that are perfectly tailored to what you can afford, and that meet the demands of your business.
